Italian Lifestyle Hotel & Osteria Chartreuse - Hilterfingen

All members of the staff were incredibly kind. the location was stunning, taking about 20 minutes to reach downtown. It was situated in a lovely area.

The hotel has perfect and magnificent location next to many beautiful sites, free local transport, and the north shore of the lake and town. Everything was really good and the staff were very attentive.

Greatly enjoyed great breakfasts.

We were moved to a standard king room and had coffee and a kitchenette area...

The location is convenient, being close to cozy restaurants, the city center, and both bus and boat stations. It's also right next to the lake. the units are spacious and offer stunning views of the nearby vegetable garden. Guests can enjoy delicious food along with complimentary soft drinks.

The location was good and close to Thun Lake. The restaurant was charming and the food excellent. We would definitely go back again.

The hotel is fantastic. The bed linen is white and soft. The room is beautifully decorated, no dust. Fresh and quality repairs that the eye is happy... Internet worked very well... Before the arrival still requested a baby cot for a baby. Allocated for free. But this crib is not new, but it is perfectly clean and very nice to the touch bed linen for the child (although he slept there for a couple of hours). I'm a mother with many children and we travel a lot with children, but so that the crib is so clean, I have not met ... Breakfast is continental. But we're full. The coffee was really good. By the way, there's free coffee and drinks on the floor... Parking's all yours, free... The windows were out on the road, but I can barely hear it, though I'm very sensitive to noise. By the way, I didn't hear any of the neighbors at the hotel. Maybe there was such a beautiful soundproofing or just no neighbors (although there were people at breakfast)... I am very glad that we stayed in this beautiful hotel. And if the next time we are in these parts, we will definitely stay here. (It's a pity that the restaurant did not work on Monday))))).

It's a shame there are no beds with 1 big mattress instead of 2 small ones, because a baby slept with us and was not comfortable.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about their guests. the location is great, as we could easily walk to all the places we needed. Plus, the hotel is situated in a peaceful area. 😊.

The hotel staff themselves were very polite and accommodating. Quite a warm reception, spacious rooms (we had the big appartment for 6 people) and great/big parking space. Also great food at the restaurant for dinner with big portions and the terrace outside is nice for having breakfast in the sun.

There are 2 things that can improve: 1) the variety of the breakfast can increase with the inclusion of bacon, eggs, sausages and some cake 2) the inside decoration of some of the rooms is inconsistent with the rest of the hotel. But both these improvement areas are minor compared to the pluses of the hotel.

The room for 2 people was barely large enough.

The newly furnished and stylish place with a private bathroom had a stunning location, magnificent views, and extremely comfy beds.

Friendly helpful welcome, charming hotel with beautiful vases of flowers on all landings, comfortable and fresh with pretty views ... 100% happy

Everything was good

Handy location to drive to surrounding areas, eg Interlaken, Meringen etc. Wouldn't be so good without your own transport. Free internet access.

No kitchen or even facilities to make a coffee in the room

I stayed for one night and loved the newly furnished room with a stunning view, and having both a shower booth and a walk-in shower was a great extra touch.

The staff was particularly helpful and accommodating. If any problem arose, they dealt with it right away in a very pleasant, conscientious way.

Excellent food. Nice dining room and terrace. Traditional Swiss service and ambiance. 2-3 minute walk to lakeside promenade (Lake Thun). Regular bus service to Thun and Interlaken from outside hotel. Good sized - if oddly shaped - room with lots of sitting area and nice bathroom. Hotel has own off-street parking and wifi available in room. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Rooms on two floors, but no lift in hotel.
